Anvisa suspende medicamento por troca de embalagem

A Anvisa determinou, na última sexta-feira (17/01), a suspensão do lote 78415 do medicamento Hifloxan (ciprofloxacino), 2mg/ml, solução injetável, 100 ml, fabricado pela empresa Halex Istar Indústria Farmaceutica em 05/08/2013 e com validade até 05/08/2015. A medida é por conta da constatação de que na embalagem do produto citado foi encontrada a embalagem do lote 78492 de outro medicamento, o Hiconazol (flu-conazol), 2mg/ml. Os dois produtos são fabricados pela empresa Halex Istar In-dústria Farmacêutica Ltda. Também foi suspenso o lote nº 46194 do medicamento Kollangel (hidróxido de alumínio/hidróxido de magnésio), fabricado pela empresa Natulab Laboratórios S.A. A medida é em virtude dos resultados insatisfatórios para os parâmetros embalagem primária, aspecto e contagem de microrganismos.
